I was 480lbs outta breath tying my shoes, ducking cameras, tired all the time, low energy and low confidence. I used to joke about it but truthfully I ain’t feel good about myself at all, I felt sloppy and unhealthy and that wasn’t cool. Then it hit me… what’s the point of having goated kids and people depending on me if i cant do enough to enjoy them?Health really wealth. So I started changing little by little more water, more walking, discipline when nobody watching, saying no when I wanted yes and showing up when excuses sounded better. Today I’m 375bs, still working but I proved I can change me. I’m not doing this for looks, I’m doing this so my kids don’t grow up without me, so I got energy to provide , travel, laugh and really be present for my family for years not just memories. We chasing longevity now, not just success 💯
