Antony Lo aka The Physio Detective is an Australian Physiotherapist with a passion for incorporating his skills in Musculoskeletal/Ortho, Sports, and Pelvic Health / Women's Health Physiotherapy / Physical Therapy for those suffering from any aches and pains, injuries, Stress Urinary Incontinence, Pelvic Organ Prolapse, Pelvic Pain, Diastasis Recti / Diastasis Rectus Abdominis, Antenatal and Postnatal issues, as well as optimizing athletic performance from novice to World Class, and helping those in persistent/chronic pain at any age.
He has a particular interest in the thorax and pelvis/SIJ - 2 of the most poorly taught areas - and how it applies to High-Intensity Exercise, Field and Court Sports, as well as CrossFit/F45 and Bootcamp style of exercise.
He also has the privilege of teaching health and fitness professionals around the world in-person and online how to think differently, learn differently, assess differently, and manage differently to maximise the outcomes for you.
