For most of my life, I've been into traveling. In 2019, I started boondocking in a car that I built out. I traveled across the United States to California and back to Michigan. Videos from that trip are here. Since then, I have moved up to a high-top van that I built out. I have traveled to Key West, South Dakota, and all over Michigan.

Would you trust a $1,649 repair quote if something about it just didn't make sense? 🤔
My 2004 Chevy Express kept randomly refusing to start. After a repair shop had it for a week and a half, I was told I needed a full tune-up because of fouled spark plugs—with a price tag of $1,649.
But the symptoms weren't adding up, so I trusted my gut and said NO.
I took my van to another mechanic and within ONE DAY they found the actual problem—a crankshaft position sensor.
💰 Actual repair cost: $230.
That's a difference of more than $1,400! 😳
In this video, I'm sharing the whole experience, what made me question that first diagnosis, and some simple things I've learned that can help protect you when dealing with vehicle repairs.

What happens when one messy corner of the van starts taking over? 😳
Time for another van organization project!
In this video, I'm tackling one of the messiest storage areas in my van and completely rethinking how I store cords, tools, DIY supplies, emergency gear, charging equipment, and everyday essentials.
And here's the best part—I found two stacking bins at a thrift store for less than $4 total and turned them into a storage solution that freed up way more space than I expected! 🙌
I'm sharing the real trial-and-error of organizing a tiny space, along with thrift-store finds, Dollar Tree ideas, cord management, charging-station organization, and inexpensive storage hacks that actually work for me on the road.
