23 Not do I engage in any sexual practice with Masculine Beings or Feminine Beings which offends the elementary laws of HYGIENE
24 Not do I, as Masculine Being waste the procreative power of my life essence through sexual excess or I, as Feminine Being use abortions as a means of birth control
25 Not do I partake of foods or substances, such as sugar or pharmaceuticals, whose side effects cause injury to the health and wellness of my body
26 Not do I fail to Hydrate my body temple and practice Deep Breathing on a Daily basis
27 Not do I chemically alter my skin complexion or hair texture
28 Not do I volunteer my body temple as a billboard to be branded again by historical oppressors
29 Not do I fail to fast at the four seasonal changes of the year; and periodically according to my personal needs
30 Not do I damage my liver by harboring fear, hatred, jealousy, anger, envy, greed or self-pity
31 Not do I fail to support and give historical, cultural and spiritual guidance to the children I have birthed
32 Not do I fail to support, instruct, encourage and protect the children of my Khamunity
33 Not do I fail to teach the youth of my Khamunity to learn, live, uphold, and practice these Sacred MA’AT KA’venants
