Somehow it’s been almost a year since #MarioKartWorld released. I’ve sunk over 160+ hours into the game and while I don’t think the game is perfect it is certainly still one of the best in the franchise. What are your thoughts on the game? What would you like to see for DLC/QOL updates?

How is everyone liking #TomodachiLife Living the Dream? Was it worth the years of waiting for a sequel? In my opinion… yes. Yes it was. IT IS ALMOST PERFECT! It just needs some fine tuning with some modes missing that the original had and a 60fps patch for Nintendo Switch 2!

I need to get this off my chest...

So I'm betting most of you have probably noticed these past few months have been very quiet from my end in terms of content. There's a few reasons... and some are a little difficult for me to explain in a video.

First things first, life. I'm at a weird time in life where my in real life job has consumed a lot of my energy, meaning I haven't had the energy to create videos for you all as much as I used to, especially when I switched over to a better paying job. However, better paying job means more work and more work means being more tired out. This effected me for quite a long while during the few months after Mario Kart World released as many of you have noticed I've been very quiet since then. I did make a few videos a month ago talking about newly discovered unused Mario Kart Tour content and the newest Mario Kart World update. But other than that, I went quiet again. Some of you noticed my voice may have sounded a little strange in that last video I uploaded, which leads to the next topic that I've been quite stressed and down about.

I have diabetes. Now what does this have to do with me making videos? Well, since that last video, my vocal strings have decided to give up on me, meaning I can barely speak. After about a week of this occurring, I finally went to the doctors to get it checked and tests like flu, strep, etc came back negative. So, they gave me a few different medications to take to hopefully restore whatever was going on with me. Days passed, soon another week, and nothing changed. It did in fact get worse. So I went back to the doctor again to get checked up and, I have known about my diabetes for the past year, but apparently this could be effecting my vocal cords. It's a very rare effect to happen to people with diabetes, but it's very possibly my answer to what's going on with my voice. Now this has been effecting me a lot mentally and physically as no one can hear me talk and it's very difficult for me to get words out. I've been very stressed over this hence why I haven't said anything until I felt comfortable to talk about it.

What does this mean for my YouTube channel? I just need time to recover. But my main thought going around in my head is... will I fully ever get my voice back? I really do not know. As of now, it's still quite bad but I can tell it's doing SLIGHTLY better. But it'll go back and forth on being good and awful to speak. I pray to God every night hoping it'll just randomly come back because this really is making me feel down and depressed. I'm very sorry for being so quiet with videos and I do plan to make it up when and if recover. I'll keep you all updated. For now, thank you all for always sticking there with me even through the rough times like this.
