'PIN' (ปิ่น) 𝐦𝐞𝐚𝐧𝐬 hairpin, but in other words, it means something or someone above the top, most of them refer to the king or the person who is dominant in the land / country / world.

'PATOO' (พธู) means woman

So pinpatoo refers to 𝐰𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐧 𝐰𝐡𝐨 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐝𝐨𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐝 such as 𝐪𝐮𝐞𝐞𝐧, empress, royal lady, warrior woman.
