Hey Virtual Fam. If you have played Behind the Frame or only watched my playthrough, how did it leave you feeling?
I have finally admitted that I am a romantic. I want the love interests in books and movies to have a happy ending together. However, that isn't how life always works. I even played a second time to so if the ending would change.
There are a few things that I considered:
1. Their relationship was strictly platonic and they were both fine with that.
2. Jack felt that Amber was his "one". However, he missed his chance by not saying anything before she left. That was very unselfish because he clearly knew how much she wanted the opportunity. He never found anyone that compared to her and their time meant so much that most of his art in the gallery is of that time.
3. Amber seemed to have forgotten about him as her life progressed. When she saw the photo of herself in the gallery, she seemed stunned and a bit sad. We had to help her to recall that time with Jack by solving the puzzles. So her feelings for Jack may have not been the same?
4. I am the cat that messed up her place and then gave her a dirty look. When her application kept disappearing, that was the universe trying to tell her that she should have stayed and built a life with Jack. BOOOOOOOOO Amber!
Ugh! I loved this game and will be playing the next one. I am just left with so many questions!
