Imagine this.
A man bought land close to the Dangote Refinery.
Excited about the location, he made payment quickly.
Later, he discovered the land was under government acquisition.
And worse the seller refused to refund him.
Painful, right?
Now, here’s the thing. 🤔
As a realtor, I couldn’t help but think about the questions he should have asked before paying.
👉 Did you request to see the survey plan?
👉 Did you verify the land status at the Lagos land registry?
👉 What documents did the seller provide before collecting your money?
👉 Were you aware of the difference between free land and committed land?
👉 Did you work with a professional realtor during the process?
Sadly, he didn’t. And he lost big.
This is why due diligence is never optional in real estate.

How I help a client to secure a property after series of disappointment from her family.
