I'm closer to 70 than 60, have come back to riding and ownership two years ago after a 10 year break. One mistake(lovely mare, but not for me, v happy elsewhere) one absolute heartbreak ( Lion, gorgeous boy, forever missed) and now little Butterscotch Bailey. 3rd time lucky, I hope!
I now have more modest ambitions: 1) to be placed unaffiliated dressage; 2) to compete in a ridden hunter class in 2025; 3) to be placed in affiliated dressage before the end of 2026; 4) to complete Cotswold Cup 70 before I am 70! 5) show Bailey in a decent working hunter class.
