Hi, I’m Pete, I’m just a bloke who loves the great outdoors, a good brew, and a camera in my hand.
I head out into the UK’s wild places, hiking, wild camping, practicing bushcraft, and cooking tasty food outdoors. Real trips, real conditions, filmed as they happen. No hype. No AI. No staged moments.
After 24 years in the British Army as a Combat Medic, the outdoors has become more than just a hobby. It’s where I reset and manage my CPTSD — the reason this channel started.

Looking back at 2022’s adventures, I worked away from home for half the year, squeezing in camps and hikes when I could.
