🚨 ECS Circuit Breaker Was Enabled — But Rollback Didn’t Happen.
It was just another morning until our ECS tasks entered a silent failure loop.
- Health checks were failing.
- New tasks kept launching.
- And yet — no rollback.
This wasn’t a production outage.
But it could’ve been.

What followed was a deep dive into how ECS Fargate actually handles rollbacks — and what most teams (including us!) misunderstand about deployment safety nets.

📖 Full story and real lessons from our experiment:

Today morning, around 5am, after my usual daily rituals, I saw AWS’s post about Kiro IDE on Reddit.

I’m not someone who jumps on every new tool—but with tight GTM timelines, I’m always exploring ways to ship faster. So I decided to test Kiro for a real feature I’m building in NuShift Connect.

Instead of just spitting out code, Kiro helped me plan specs, design Angular components, and think through architecture. It’s not perfect yet—especially with UI styling from Figma or debugging—but it feels like a step toward AI truly working alongside product builders.

I shared my full experience here:

Curious if anyone else has tried it yet?

“It worked perfectly yesterday… and today it doesn’t.”

Every developer’s story.

I just wrote about running into Angular’s NG02100 error, how I finally solved it, and why these surprises happen to all of us.

✨ Exactly one week ago, something magical happened — and not just on stage.
AWS Community Day Bengaluru 2025 was an experience built with purpose, people, and heart.
I’ve spoken at community events before. But this time was different.
➡️ First time on the main stage.
➡️ First time leading something at this scale.
➡️ First time watching a college dream unfold — years later, in a more meaningful way.
We weren’t just organising an event. We were building a space:
➡️ For every learner.
➡️ Every builder.
➡️ Every dreamer who showed up looking for connection and clarity.
📝 I’ve captured the full story — from behind the scenes, the chaos, the quiet moments of doubt, to the full-circle emotions.
Read it here: www.internetkatta.com/behind-the-scenes-of-aws-com…
🙏 Huge thanks to all our sponsors and community partners — without your support, this wouldn’t have been possible.

If you’re a developer, indie hacker, or startup engineer building real products on AWS — I just launched something for us:

r/awsforproductbuilders
A new Reddit community where we talk about:
• Real-world AWS trade-offs (Lambda or Fargate? RDS or DynamoDB?)
• Gotchas and optimizations that docs don’t tell you
• Cost-saving experiments, lessons from production, and why defaults can hurt
• What actually works when you’re building and shipping fast

This is not for people spinning up “Hello World” tutorials.

It’s for builders making real decisions — and learning the hard way.

Come share your stack, a mistake you made, or a small win others should know.

Let’s build smart. Scale fast. Spend less.

Join and say hi:

Balancing Community and Commitments — My One-Day AWS Summit Story

This year, I could attend only one day of the AWS Summit due to family commitments — but that one day was absolutely worth it.

I had the privilege to represent AWS User Group Bengaluru (and truly, the entire AWS User Group community across India) at the AWS Community Introduction & Navigation Booth.

While it might sound like a simple job — just helping people find their way — what really struck me was how many attendees were unaware of what AWS User Groups even are!

As someone who’s been both a member and now an organizer, it felt natural to connect those dots for curious developers and first-timers. Instead of just pointing directions, I had dozens of meaningful conversations — sharing what these user groups are, how they help you grow, and why being part of the community matters.

From 8 AM to 5 PM, I stood there — quick lunch, missing keynotes and lounge talks — but I wouldn’t trade it. Because community isn’t just about talks. It’s about people, stories, and shared learning.

Big thanks to Ridhima Kapoor and the AWS team for the opportunity. This community booth was a fantastic initiative — and I genuinely believe every developer-focused AWS event should have one.

Now, what’s next?

You’ve probably been hearing it a lot over the past few weeks — and yes, it’s real:

AWS Community Day Bengaluru is just around the corner!

If you’re curious about what the AWS community really is — this is your moment.
