Blue Lotus のお茶を飲んで、ブレスワークと声の瞑想。

Dragon Soundによる空間エネルギーの演出。

お香の香りと共に心身をリラックスさせ、覚醒と睡眠の狭間で参加者が心の奥底で望んでいることを表面化させ、体現化するための時間⏳

大変大好評でした。

年末はバリにて、年越しイベントに参加します！

那須ユートピア蓑沢アートビレッジ

プライベートサウナ付きのコテージと廃校をアートギャラリーにした施設です。

サウナ好きは勿論、アウトドア好きも焚き火やバーベキューが寒い季節でも楽しめる環境になってます。

那須は水も美味しくて、温泉も最高です♪

こちらの施設は以前ZIPANGというフェスに出演して以来、時々お世話になっております✨

都会のオアシス🌴✨大都会ビルの屋上でマジックアワーに特別な体験を

ただ今韓国におります！昼間からキムチを食べても全く気を使うことのない文化に、私も朝からキムチを食べて香りの結界を張っております🔥

さてさて、帰国後は大都会の某ビル屋上にて、まだ公にはされていない会員限定のWellnessスペースがありまして、そちらにて

1.サウナ🧖‍♀️

の良さは皆さん既にご存知の通り、自律神経を整えて、心も身体もリラックス。私が思う限り日本は世界一のサウナ人気を誇る国になりました。

サウナ→水風呂→外気浴（身体を完全に拭いて）

この3年間、世界最先端ウェルネスを体験し、各国のサウナを渡り歩いてきましたが、この公式を知っているのは日本のプロサウナー（自称）のみです！

サウナの本場フィンランドには日本ではおそらく不可能なスモークサウナなど、素晴らしい伝統的サウナがありますが、「ととのう」ために、そのメリットを最大限享受するための科学的な手順を踏むのは日本人だけです！

フィンランド人はサウナは俺らが本家だ！にあぐらをかいて湖にドボンして終わりです😆（もちろんそれも最高です）

日本人のこだわり、効率性の徹底さは何をしてもすごいのだ！（個人の感想です）

2.ブレスワーク🌬️

の素晴らしさは日本ではまだまだあまり知られていません。私は今から5年ほど前にウィムホフ・メソッドと出会い、以来毎朝のブレスワークとゴールドシャワーを続けています🔥

目覚めたらすぐにブレスワーク、それをすることで寝起きから頭すっきり、そのままゴールドシャワー、自重筋トレの朝ルーティンです。

ブレスワークは自律神経を整えて、ストレスを軽減させて、身体も心もリラックス。息を止めることで本能が危機感を感じることで、肉体のポテンシャルを上げることが出来ます。ステージ本番前にもよくやっています。声も良く出るようになります。五感で感じるものがよりイマーシブに🪐

3. 声の瞑想🧘

これは私が16年以上に渡って声だけで即興的に音楽を創り出す手法によって深い精神状態になる体験を、皆さんが体験出来るようにデザインしたものです。体験には個人差がありますが、身体の痛みの消失や、深いリラックス、そしてマインドフルネスのその先、脳波がシータ波になることで、

「起きているのか寝ているのか分からない」

「時間感覚の消失」

それから生じる様々なびっくり体験🫢
（個人差がもちろんありますが、どんな体験かは現場でシェアしますね）

4. マジックアワー🌇

天気が良ければちょうどこの時間にマジックアワーとなります。1日の中で空が1番美しい色を見せてくれるこのタイミングに、もしかしたらあなたの人生を大きく変えるきっかけとなる瞬間、気づきが訪れるかも知れません。

普段は半日から数日のリトリートで提供するものを1時間にギュッと凝縮します！

Right before leaving Estonia, I recorded my new tracks for the upcoming ‪@Mindvalley‬ meditation app. We also filmed the sessions at the same time, which made the experience even more special. I truly enjoyed creating each track spontaneously, letting the music flow in the moment. Now I’m deep in post-production, working on the rough mixes before sharing them with the team.

エストニアを発つ直前に、‪@Mindvalley‬ の今後リリース予定の瞑想アプリ向けに新しいトラックのレコーディングと撮影を同時に行いました。

すべてのトラックをその場の即興で奏でられたことを本当に楽しめました。現在はポストプロダクションに取り組み、チームと共有する前のラフミックスを進めています。

【Mindvalley(マインドバレー)に飛び込み出演🔥】

Ken Wilber、Joe Dispenza、Michael Beckwith など世界的リーダーたちが登壇してきた「教育のパラダイムシフト」を体現するカンファレンス、Mindvalley（マインドバレー）。
そのクロージングで、創設者 Vishen Lakhiani 氏と奇跡的に共演できました🙏✨

きっかけは2ヶ月前の Hololife Summit（旧Biohacker Summit）。ディナーで偶然同席し、Vishen氏が私の音楽に興味を持ってくれたことから始まりました。

また、共通の友人で“天使の歌声”を持つ Mei-lan さんから紹介され、以前からフォローしていた Mike Chang さんとも出会い、素晴らしいアドバイスをいただけたことに心から感謝しています。

昨日エストニアに入り、Mindvalleyの新しい瞑想アプリのレコーディングに参加します。そして 10月10〜11日 渋谷 で開催される Hololife Summit Tokyo にも出演予定です🇯🇵✨

✨ Mindvalley University Closing Collaboration ✨

At @mindvalley.events , where leaders like Ken Wilber, Joe Dispenza, and Michael Beckwith have spoken, I had the honor of co-creating the closing with founder Vishen Lakhiani. @vishen 🙏✨

This miracle began two months ago at @hololifesummit Hololife Summit (formerly Biohacker Summit), when I happened to share a dinner with Vishen and he discovered my music.

Another blessing: through our mutual friend, the angel-voiced Mei-lan @meilanmaurits , I finally met Mike Chang @mikechangofficial , whose advice and inspiration mean so much.

Yesterday I arrived in Estonia to record for Mindvalley’s new meditation app. Next, I’ll perform at Hololife Summit Tokyo on October 10–11 in Shibuya!🇯🇵✨ @hololifejapan @hololifesummit

先週の誕生日、自分にとって特別な日に、GoogleとSamsungが共同開発した革新的なイマーシブ・オーディオフォーマット 「Eclipsa Audio」 のための新曲をレコーディングさせていただきました。

これまでにもDolby AtmosやSony 360といったイマーシブ・フォーマットは存在していましたが、どれも非常にハイエンドで、多くの人にとっては手の届かないものでした。
Eclipsa Audioは、そうした常識を覆す、世界初のオープンソース型イマーシブ・オーディオフォーマット。誰もが手軽に立体音響の世界を体験できるように設計された、まさに新時代の音のプラットフォームです。

その最初の楽曲のひとつとして、私の曲がこのフォーマットでリリースされること、本当に光栄です。新しい音の世界に飛び込む“最初のペンギン”の一人になれたことに、心からワクワクしています！🐧🎧

レコーディングは、Fleetwood Macの数々の名曲を手がけたグラミー賞受賞プロデューサー Ken Caillat 氏がオーナーを務める伝説のスタジオ Marshmellow Skies にて行われました。
エンジニアは、Ken氏の元で経験を積み、Joni Mitchell のグラミー受賞作品にも携わった敏腕エンジニア Claus Trelby 氏。彼は、Eclipsa Audioのミックスが可能な世界でも非常に稀少なエンジニアのひとりです。

このレコーディングは、自分にとってまさに“神聖な誕生日の贈り物”でした。
これからも進化を続けていきます🔥

On my birthday last week, I had the honor of recording a new piece for Eclipsa Audio — a revolutionary immersive audio format recently launched by Google and Samsung.

Until now, immersive audio formats like Dolby Atmos or Sony 360 have remained high-end and out of reach for many. Eclipsa Audio changes that — it is the first open-source immersive audio format, designed to make spatial sound more accessible and affordable for creators and listeners alike.

I'm incredibly excited to have my track featured as one of the very first created in this format — proud to be one of the “first penguins” diving into this new sonic frontier! 🐧🎧

The recording took place at Marshmellow Skies, a legendary studio owned by Grammy-winning producer Ken Caillat, known for crafting the timeless hits of Fleetwood Mac. Behind the console was Claus Trelby, a master engineer and Grammy winner himself, who worked under Ken’s mentorship and mixed projects for Joni Mitchell. Claus is one of the few engineers in the world capable of mixing in Eclipsa Audio’s immersive format.

This session felt like a sacred gift — a powerful way to mark another year of life, music, and transformation.

私のこれまでの活動や、現在の活動、そして岩手県の平成院（私が将来住職となる予定のお寺です。）の様子も少しご覧いただけます。取材日があと1ヶ月後であれば見事なまでに咲く花々が見頃となる頃でしたが、私の海外ツアー日程の都合上、このようになりました。

I’m happy to share that I was recently featured on “Direct Talk”, a 15-minute interview documentary by NHK WORLD, the international service of NHK, Japan’s national public broadcaster.

In the episode, I talk about my journey so far, what I’m working on now, and you’ll also catch a glimpse of Heiseiin Temple in Iwate, where I’m expected to become the head priest in the future.
If the shoot had been just a month later, the temple would have been in full bloom—but due to my tour schedule overseas, we filmed a bit earlier.

The episode first aired in May and will be available online until May 2028.
