There once was a wandering Sorceress who ventured beyond the borders of her homeland...She carried no royal title, no great banner, and no army followed behind her. Only a strange fox familiar, a collection of enchanted artifacts, and a small party of adventurers willing to accompany her into the unknown.

Together, they crossed forgotten ruins, descended into ancient catacombs, and confronted creatures spoken of only in legends.

Their quest was simple.

Nine talismans.

One ancient dragon.

And a kingdom that desperately needed saving.

Six talismans have already been recovered.

Four—

Six.

There are nine in total.

Therefore, three remain....

The Sorceress tightened her cloak as she gazed toward the distant capital. Somewhere beyond the horizon, the Ancient Dragon continued to stir beneath its ancient seal.

Her companions prepared their weapons and She raised her staff.

“Very well. We continue.”

.....................

That sounded rather dramatic.**Correction.**

I am not a wandering Sorceress.

I am currently conducting an interdimensional expedition into Hydeland, where the local environment operates according to principles that are significantly more compatible with fantasy literature and tabletop role-playing traditions than previously observed realities.

Although...

I must admit...

I have found this role quite pleasant

Perhaps that is why I continue imagining the expedition this way.

The longer I remain here, the less I feel like an outsider documenting someone else's adventure.

Perhaps every expedition requires a story.

And perhaps, in this one...

I have chosen mine.

I should prepare for tomorrow's expedition.

...And I suppose the Sorceress should prepare as well.
