The expedition has entered the interior of **Cloudspire City**.

The city walls are considerably more extensive than initially anticipated. Its architecture is vertically integrated, with narrow streets giving way to elevated walkways, interconnected structures, concealed passages, and multiple levels of habitation. Navigation is inefficient by conventional mapping standards. Every route appears to contain another route above, below, or behind it.

Kitsuna Alpha has maintained formation throughout our advance.

Hostile activity has increased considerably within the city itself. Ranged combatants frequently position themselves behind more aggressive units, creating overlapping fields of attack within confined spaces. Environmental hazards are also abundant. Explosive vessels and other unstable materials are positioned throughout several alleys and structures.

Despite these conditions, our progress remains acceptable.

There is, however, another matter I find increasingly difficult to disregard.

The feathering.

The longer I remain within this form, the more frequently I observe symptoms consistent with the disease affecting the inhabitants of this era.

Not in the team.

Not biologically.

Only within **myself

The distinction should be reassuring.

It is not.

My nanomachines have not detected any pathogenic contamination. Kitsuna Alpha's biological systems remain unaffected, and our internal diagnostics continue to report complete immunity. Given that our expedition originates approximately one century beyond this period, exposure to the Feathering Disease should present no meaningful biological threat to us.

And yet...

When I remain in my wandering fox-spirit form for extended periods, I become increasingly aware of changes in sensation.

The feathers.

The alterations to my perception.

The occasional instability within my neural matrix.

I cannot determine whether these are genuine physiological responses, environmental interference, or simply my neural architecture interpreting prolonged exposure through the characteristics of this form.

That possibility is particularly concerning.

My body may be immune.

My **mind**, however, may be attempting to understand this world by reproducing aspects of it.

Perhaps that is why the symptoms appear more pronounced whenever I remain transformed.

Or perhaps the form itself is becoming an interface between my neural matrix and the environment.

I will continue observation.

For now, the expedition proceeds toward the upper districts and, eventually, the route leading to Snowfall Palace.

I must determine whether the feathering is affecting me...

Or whether I am merely becoming more familiar with it.

I must prepare for tomorrow's expedition

New Video. Please Share your thoughts in the comments section and please share the video out. Link is in the comments section.

Last week we saw the news about 268 additional job cuts at Xbox with Halo Studios being affected and the next Halo title given to Activision. I standby what I said in my Halo CE video. This studio deserves to be shuttered. But that doesn't mean I have confidence in Activision either.
