2) Exercise assignment to each dancer
3) Video Feedback on assignment or solo
4) Live Class (Recorded and uploaded to a private link)
Each week we will focus on different styles, techniques, and approaches. Beginner foundation broken down, advanced concepts and style blending, and what’s missing from your Popping, with the aim of seeing REAL IMPROVEMENT in your overall Popping style.

POPPING ROUTINES AND CHOREOGRAPHY!
Custom routines choreographed by JRock for dancers to learn for practice, use in battles with their crew, use as inspiration for shows, etc. All levels, some routines will be BEGINNER LEVEL, also will have more ADVANCED AND CHALLENGING ROUTINES! They also will cover many different styles and techniques.
