Once an order is confirmed, our work doesn’t stop there.
Before loading, we go to the cold store and check the shipment against the customer’s requirements.
We check the temperature, product specifications, packaging, labels and the actual product condition.
We also take photos during the inspection and keep the records for each shipment.
If we find an issue, we deal with it before the container is loaded.
Our customers don’t always have the time or the opportunity to come to China and check every shipment themselves.
So we make sure someone is there to do it.
It’s a simple part of our work, but an important one.
