I truly sense a difference in myself when I receive Jesus (through the Eucharist) more than once a week v.s. when I only do receive Him once a week.
When I go to mass multiple times a week I genuinely feel happier, joyful, and hopeful. When I only go on Sundays, I feel weak, broken, and insecure.
And for me it’s super interesting bc I feel like the more I choose and focus on God, I become more spiritually aware. And I can sense a difference in my behavior and overall well being.
This is genuinely the reason why I say God is my life, bc He actually is fueling my life. & I am forever thankful for that
