The reason why I have started this channel is because I have felt there is a lack of free learning platform and materials for radiology and interventional radiology. 53 year old patient diagnosed with chronic kidney disease(CKD) had a long term dialysis access in the form of left Radiocephalic fistula(RC Fistula). This fistula stopped working 2 days ago and Doppler showed efferent vein stenosis and short segment stenosis. Hence Fistuloplasty was done with balloon inflation to salvage this fistula, following which normal flow was established.

28 year old male patient had chronic cough with significant weight loss(>10kg in 6months). Patient was diagnosed with MDR TB. He required long term injectable drugs, hence PICC(Peripehrally Inserted Central Catheter) was inserted.

Today we performed Uterine Artery Embolisation. This patient had LSCS 1 month ago and intermittent PV bleeding with an HB drop of 3 g/dl. Patient was diagnosed with RPOC but there was profuse bleeding during Dilatation and Curretage, hence it was abandoned. So UAE was a good temporary alternative to control the bleeding and to bring the HB up through blood transfusion.
