New episodes go up the first Monday of every month. If you’re already subscribed, you’ll get the pin for that month around the time the episode goes live, and you’re automatically signed up for the next month! Subscriptions are open all the time, but if you want this month's pin to be your first one, you need to subscribe by the 20th of the month! New subscribers will receive their first pin in the middle of the month, and then keep getting pins whenever a new video goes up!

Introducing our latest pin artist!
Sami Mark is an illustrator and nature enthusiast based in Chicagoland. He is particularly fascinated by invertebrates and has been a lifelong lover of insects. When not making art, Sami spends his time hiking in his local forest preserves, visiting the local aquarium, and taking care of his isopod colonies.
“I was so overjoyed to work on this Ceratina pin design - insects have had such a special place in my heart ever since I was a little kid. A huge 17-year cicada brood emerged when I was 7, and I felt like I won the lottery being surrounded by my favorite creatures. I particularly love the insects that have populated my yard, growing up with a mom who carefully cultivated a garden space that welcomed all manner of wildlife, these bees included!
I frequently use bold colors in my art, and found it a fun challenge to pair limited colors that referenced the often metallic appearance of these bees. I made sure to nest a smaller younger bee on the back of the adult in my design, inspired by their unique family structures!”

An ‘endling’ is the last member of its species. This miniseries will air right here on the Bizarre Beasts channel, and it will explore the concept of extinction through the stories of notable endlings. Each episode will strive to use an endling to think about possible answers to the question “What does extinction mean, here?”
