ईसीबी और बीकानेर तकनीकी विश्वविद्यालय में हुआ पौधरोपण
दैनिक भास्कर की पर्यावरण संरक्षण को समर्पित मुहिम एक पेड़, एक जिंदगी के तहत बुधवार को इंजीनियरिंग कॉलेज और बीकानेर तकनीकी विश्वविद्यालय में कुलगुरु और शिक्षकों ने मिलकर 130 पोधै लगाएं। विश्वविद्यालय के कुलगुरु प्रो. अखिल रंजन गर्ग की अध्यक्षता में इंजीनियरिंग कॉलेज बीकानेर में दैनिक भास्कर के वृहद पौधारोपण अभियान-2026 का शुभारंभ महाविद्यालय के पूर्व एसोसिएट प्रोफेसर स्व. डॉ. वीरेंद्र चौधरी को पुष्पांजलि कर किया गया। अभियान के प्रथम चरण में महाविद्यालय परिसर में विभिन्न प्रजातियों के 45 पौधे रोपे गए। कार्यक्रम के दौरान बताया गया कि शेष 55 पौधों का रोपण आगामी दो दिनों में महाविद्यालय के शिक्षकों, कर्मचारियों एवं विद्यार्थियों द्वारा किया जाएगा, जिससे परिसर को अधिक हरित एवं पर्यावरण अनुकूल बनाया जा सके। कुलगुरु प्रो. अखिल रंजन गर्ग ने कहा कि दैनिक भास्कर द्वारा चलाया जा रहे वृहद पौधारोपण अभियान सराहनीय पहल है। उन्होंने कहा कि दैनिक भास्कर के इस अभियान के तहत प्रदेशभर में लगभग 75 लाख पौधे लगाए जा रहे हैं, जो पर्यावरण संरक्षण की दिशा में एक महत्वपूर्ण योगदान सिद्ध होगा। साथ ही उन्होंने सभी से पौधारोपण के साथ-साथ पौधों के संरक्षण का भी संकल्प लेने का आह्वान किया। ईसीबी महाविद्यालय के प्राचार्य डॉ. संजीव जैन एवं युसीईटी प्राचार्य डॉ. परबन्त सिंह संधू ने सभी से पौधारोपण को जनभागीदारी का अभियान बनाने का आह्वान किया।
वहीं बीकानेर तकनीकी विश्वविद्यालय परिसर में कुलगुरु प्रो. अखिल रंजन गर्ग के नेतृत्व में अभियान के दुसरे चरण में विश्वविद्यालय परिसर में 85 पौधों का रोपण किया गया, जबकि शेष 15 पौधे आगामी दिवस में लगाए जाएंगे। कार्यक्रम प्रभारी ईसीबी के डॉ. नवीन शर्मा, बीटीयु की एस्टेड ऑफिसर डॉ प्रतिभा चौधरी,और डॉ सुभाष सोनगरा के निर्देशन में आयोजित इस अभियान में डॉ. मनोज कुड़ी, डॉ. राजेन्द्र शेखावत, डॉ. ओमप्रकाश जाखड़, बीटीयू के डीन अकादमिक डॉ. सुधीर भारद्वाज, डॉ. अल्का स्वामी, डॉ. रूमा भदौरिया, प्रबंधन विभागाध्यक्ष डॉ. अवधेश व्यास, कंप्यूटर साइंस विभागाध्यक्ष डॉ ऋतुराज सोनी, डॉ एस के बंसल, एनसीसी प्रभारी डॉ. नरपत सिंह, एनएसएस प्रभारी डॉ. विजय मोहन व्यास, डॉ. राहुल राज चौधरी, डॉ. ऋचा यादव, मनीष तातेड, राणूलाल, डॉ. महेंद्र भादू, डॉ. गणेश प्रजापत, डॉ. रणजीत सिंह, डॉ. सुरेन्द्र चौधरी, डॉ. देवेंद्र गहलोत, अभिषेक सिंह किलक सहित डॉ. सतीश महला, राम श्रवण, डॉ. अनु शर्मा सहित विश्वविद्यालय के संकाय सदस्य, अधिकारी एवं कर्मचारी उपस्थित रहे। सभी ने पर्यावरण संरक्षण का संकल्प लेते हुए पौधारोपण में सक्रिय भागीदारी निभाई।
