I started freelancing in 2014 when less people knew about it. Used to earn through a client who would pay me dollars equivalent to 20000 rs a month that time. I worked for him for 1.5 years. I found him via Freelancer.com but he used to pay me via payoneer. Then he introduced me to fiverr and told me to start using it. I did and managed to get level 1 badge and above 90% rating on it with $108 earning. Unfortunately I lost access to internet for 8 days and back then no 4G etc were available. Then as a setback, I lost access to several clients and two negative ratings resulting in revocation of my level 1 badge and rating fallen below 90%. This caused loss of access to buyer requests. Hence using fiverr was no more an option. I started looking for projects via Facebook and LinkedIn. I got Microsoft Bizspark funding equivalent to $120000 for one year where I had access to their 1000+ apps including windows of all versions and azure cloud. Starting few years after marriage were slow in progress due to struggles with health and having a small child who needed my attention. Luckily, I got invitation from a recruiter of writerbay via linkedin to join it. After several tests I was able to join it. I managed to get $1440 in 8months from the website. I was recognized by my own university as a successful entrepreneur and alumina by University of Lahore through their magazine The Spectacle. Later, PSEB approached me to include my name in their Extraordinary Freelancers of Pakistan 2021 book. In the mean time I provided a guest Speaker session to IEEE comsats Islamabad, a workshop on the Art of Freelancing to students of IEEE UET Taxilla Women in Engineering department. I was invited as one of the three jury members to evaluate the winner for best entry for PEST Essay writing competition organized by IEEE Comsats Islamabad. 10 students had given their entry so paid prices were announced for top 3 positions. I was also invited by Erozgaar program head by Inaam ul Haq Mansoor in Fasalabad organized in University of Agriculture Faisalabad as a guest Speaker to talk about my success story of Writerbay. This was the time when I noticed more than 5000 followers chipping in within one week only. Sessions with PNY training and IEEE Comsats Islamabad also helped me get more followers on social media. With my massive growth, I was invited by Aspire Training and Consulting to provide paid training to their trainees. I was paid a very good amount alhamdulillah for 2 hours session. There were more than 20 participants in the online training session. My continuous existence on social media has helped me earn more than 35k followers across all the platforms. Then I started doing job at a school due to the immense confidence and learning I had got and I earned offline income of 560000 in 1.5 years from two top notch schools I worked in. I have now earned more than $10000 alone from social media and freelancing websites. Today I've started promoting my own educational courses and training and I am looking forward to build a very credible training and development portfolio IA. I have one Google certification as IT Support Professional Level 1 and I aim to get more certifications from Google and Meta to strengthen my skills and T&D portfolio. By education I am MBA HR with A- grade in thesis and 3.31/4 CGPA.

I've launched leader in me training sessions which will have AFL techniques, approach to address Kinesthetic visual and auditory learners, and ability to engage even the hyper active or attention lacking participants to fully perform all assigned tasks. We will have plenty of activities including videos to watch, presentations, and a lot of tasks included in leader in me concept. We will make a tree using colored papers and accessories such as scissors, glue, pens, markers etc to show our creativity to the wider Public. We will show output of projects to the whole world. So who is ready? $40 for 4 hours a day.
