Mario… I won’t lie I was worried when you two decided to quit steady work. I’ve seen too many people chase a dream and lose their footing.




But I’ve also seen stubbornness and grit carry people farther than I expected. You’re determined… and that counts for something.

Luigi, you’re younger, so I worry more about you. But I can see you’ve got heart, and sometimes that’s just as important as skill.

I won’t sugarcoat it and it won’t be easy. You’re going to stumble. You might even fail. But I’ll make sure you have what you need to get back up.

Tools, advice, a connection here and there consider it mine. Don’t see it as charity; see it as family helping family.

And when people doubt you, don’t let their words shake you. I’ll speak up if I have to. You’ve got what it takes .. now go prove it.

Just… don’t forget that pride isn’t shown in words. It’s shown in how you carry yourself. And if you do it right… we’ll all see it.



So… let me get this straight. You two… you’ve been living a life I didn’t even know existed… in ways I can barely comprehend.

Mario, my elder nephew… I always thought I knew you. That you were just the guy stubborn enough to chase pipes instead of paychecks. But now… I see you’ve been walking paths I could never imagine. I’m… proud, in ways I didn’t expect.

Luigi, my younger nephew… you’ve always been the one I worried about, the one I thought needed looking after. But apparently, you’ve been shaping worlds, in ways even I can’t follow. It’s… humbling.

I can’t pretend to understand all of it universes, timelines, realities… it’s more than I ever signed up for as an uncle. But I do know this: whatever life you’ve chosen, whatever worlds you’ve touched, you’ve done it together. And that’s enough for me to stand behind you.

So, elder nephew, younger nephew… keep doing what you do. Just know that I’ll always be here maybe a little behind, maybe trying to catch up but I’m here. Watching, supporting, and… finally learning to be amazed.

Mushroom Kingdom… after fifteen years, I’ve stopped seeing it as some impossible place and started seeing it as the home my nephews chose. It’s strange, sure — nothing like the world I grew up in but it’s where they became who they’re meant to be. If that’s the life they built, then it’s a place I can respect.
