Dear Fellow INFJ
I know many INFJs who have gone through this situation. Someone triggers you and you remain patient, once, twice, three times, or even more. Then suddenly, there comes a moment when you react. It aches deeply, because you would rather hurt yourself than hurt others.
The person who triggered you will often claim that it was your fault, saying you reacted excessively. However, they will not acknowledge how many times they engaged in that toxic behavior.
To deal with this, I have found a few things that may help you as well:
1. Be silent.
Do not add anything. Do not give them the reaction they seek. Many people provoke others for emotional satisfaction. When they do not receive that response, they gradually stop.
2. Do not overexplain.
Because you do not want to hurt others, you tend to over-explain every situation to reassure them. Stop explaining excessively. Most of the time, “No” is enough. This helps you establish boundaries. Believe me,when your boundaries are clear and firm, you will be happier and more successful than you are now.
I have discovered a few other things as well, which I will share another day. Until then, take care.

INFJs are often seen as deeply intelligent, combining sharp insight with intuition to understand complex ideas and people. Thinkers like Noam Chomsky are sometimes associated with the INFJ type, highlighting its reputation for depth, vision, and intellectual influence.

If you’ve ever locked eyes with an INFJ, you know it’s not just a glance. It’s heavy. Quiet. Intense. Almost like they’re reading the story of your soul, while carrying a weight you can’t even imagine.
I just made a video diving into the psychology behind the INFJ stare, uncovering emotional, heartbreaking reasons why they stare the way they do. From hyper-empathy to silent grief, suppressed anger to anticipatory loss, every gaze tells a story words could never explain. Backed by research on introverted intuitive personalities, this isn’t just speculation — it’s a window into what it feels like to care too much, silently.

So, what are you thinking about the new year? Or are you like me, just going with the flow as usual?

Dear Fellow INFJ
Sometimes, during quiet moments, whether my mind feels heavy or strangely calm I scroll through my old messages. My eyes often stop at one conversation from three or four years ago, with a former classmate.
Our exams were over. The rush for university admissions had begun.I somehow managed to get into a university, while that classmate was stuck between conditions, pressure, and uncertainty.
We never really spoke in real life, if we did, I barely remember it.But the last messages from them still echo in my mind, “I’m feeling mentally exhausted. My family keeps pressuring me over results. They talk because I’m close. Maybe if I went far away, they would understand. I feel like leaving home…”
Reading those words now fills me with anger towards myself. When I look back at my replies, I feel guilt. Every time I revisit that chat, I realize I didn’t offer the emotional support I should have. I didn’t know how to be there properly.
It hurts in a way that’s hard to explain. There are moments when I feel deeply restless disappointed in myself, overwhelmed by everything and I struggle to express it to anyone. In those moments, I remember those words. And I understand how much pain someone must be carrying to open up so honestly to another person. I feel ashamed that I couldn’t be more emotionally supportive back then.So ashamed that even now, when I think of apologizing, I find myself unable to say “sorry.”
(I feel unusually tired and disappointed today. There’s no clear reason, just a quiet weight. Hope, everything will be okay soon.)

It’s the cruelest paradox. You carry a heart so deep it feels oceans. You love strangers, you love the world, you love the idea of love itself with a ferocity that should be impossible. But when you look at your own life… silence. You are the most loving person you know. So why does nobody love you? This video put into words a pain I’ve carried my whole life. It’s not just about being single, it’s about feeling like your greatest gift is also your eternal sentence to be unseen. If you’ve ever felt like a love letter with no address, please watch this. And if it breaks you a little, save it. Tag the person who needs to hear it most.

How do you recover from burnout as a STEM student? Do you rest or do you simply learn to function through exhaustion? Do you heal by stepping away or by pushing yourself harder in silence? And at what point does coping stop being strength and start becoming survival?

If you’re someone who listens, supports, understands, and carries other people’s pain but feels invisible the moment you need help, this is for you. Many Empaths and INFJs don’t lose friends because they are difficult.
