To implement Level of Information Need you must first be prepared! It is critical to define the following: 1. the purpose of the information exchange (WHY is the information needed?) 2. what is the Milestone/Stage/Phase/Data Drop (WHEN is the information required to be exchanged?) 3. Actors/Teams/Team Members involved (WHO requires the information and who will produce information) 4. what are the "Objects" (WHAT tasks, elements, and more are required to meet the goals?) 5. and also WHERE and HOW information will be exchanged!
THEN you will be ready to define Level of Information Need 🚀
