Talerang provides career training to students and professionals, with the mission to create a work-ready India. Talerang began as a project at Harvard Business School and has impacted over 2 million Participants in the past 8 years, through partnerships with colleges, corporates, the media, and the United Nations Development Program.

Talerang’s key programs include the Future CEOs Program, Young Leaders’ Academy, Reality Bytes Program, Talerang’s online career connect program, and customized programs for corporates and organizations such as the UNDP, Deutsche Bank, and IITs. Students once trained are provided work opportunities at 400+ organizational partners including the Godrej Group, the Aditya Birla Group, Teach for India, Technoserve, FoxyMoron, Percept, and Central Square Foundation.
