🍊What do you do to soften and regulate after a hectic Monday?
For me and other women in the Connecther Collective. We do different practices to nourish our skin and calm our parasympathetic nervous system.
Some stretch then journal their gratitude list. Others do our Connecther stress-relief skincare routine. Who is joining me tonight to drink our Healing Tea and read?
