My channel is dedicated to all victims and Survivors of Narcissistic, Toxic and Sexual Abuse. As a Rape Survivor, this is an incredibly important mission for me. Misogyny needs to end.
Discussing Narcissistic, Toxic and Abusive relationships and how to heal from them. This channel follows my story and reflects my point of view.
I have also recently added new content to my channel. Including gigs I attend, gig reviews, album and book reviews, stories of my life, witchcraft and pagan events as well as many more spiritual issues.

Had a great run today! Slow, but a great rhythm. A recovery run after yesterday's 7k run. Now, I think an afternoon read and snooze, before a soak in the tub and soaking up the full moon energy! There were icicles by the stream as well!
