As we begin with the first night of Ramadan, may it be a night full of rahma paving the way for another 30 nights of bounties and mercy. We are in need of this beautiful month that brings with it peace to the hearts, solutions to all problems, and acceptance of dua.

We fast not to stay away from eating or drinking for this act is called imsak, rather we fast and practise imsak from wordly sources of energy and fulfilment and draw our energy, source of life, and revitalisation from Allah.

This is why Ramadan is so special, because everyone expiriences something unique and special between them and Allah that no one else will ever know about.

Alhamdulilah for infinite blessings and nour.
