Today is Yom Kippur, a day in the Jewish tradition devoted to release, forgiveness, and renewal. Even if this isn’t your path, the energy of letting go belongs to all of us.

If you’ve been carrying ancestral heaviness, try this simple practice:

🌿 Breathe in light through your crown for 4 counts.
🌿 Hold for 2, as if gathering that light inside.
🌿 Exhale for 6–7, letting old weight drift away like smoke.

After a few rounds, place a hand on your heart and belly and whisper:
I release what is not mine to carry. I honor my ancestors by returning their burdens to the Light. The line ends with me, and begins again in love. 💜

Take a moment in silence, feel your breath, and let the new space fill with peace.

I’ve been feeling lately that the “physical body upgrades” people talk about might really be pointing to something more subtle ~ our astral or etheric body.

For me, it hasn’t come through inner earth encounters, but rather through dreamtime and astral experiences ~ a feeling, a knowing. In those states, the body is lighter, more radiant, without the same limits as here. Telepathy flows, vision expands, and sometimes abilities like telekinesis feel possible.

It makes me wonder: are these upgrades not so much about changing this body, but about remembering the one we already carry in higher states?
