The current Miss Venezuela International 2025, Valeria Di Martino, has taken a firm step on her path toward the crown of the Asian pageant. In a gesture that strengthens the diplomatic and cultural ties between both nations, the beauty queen visited yesterday, March 11, the Residence of the Ambassador of Japan in the country.

This meeting was not just a courtesy visit; it represents the formal beginning of her cultural preparation ahead of the 2026 edition of the Miss International pageant, which is traditionally held in Japan. In this way, the organization seeks to ensure that its representative arrives at the competition with a deep understanding of Japanese traditions, respect, and etiquette.

During the visit, Di Martino expressed her excitement about the opportunity to immerse herself in the culture of the host country of her future competition. The Maracaibo-born queen took to her social media to express her gratitude with a message in Japanese: “あらゆる機会に感謝する” (Grateful for every opportunity), adding cleverly: “The city of the beloved sun joins the land of the rising sun.”

For this high-profile occasion, the medical student wore an exclusive design by Miriam Rodríguez, complemented by styling by Adrián Manrique. The outfit reflected the sobriety and elegance required for a diplomatic setting, while always preserving the essence of the Venezuelan woman.
