Dr. Manmohan Singh, the 13th Prime Minister of India, is a towering figure in Indian politics, economics, and public service. Known as the architect of India’s economic liberalization, he has left an indelible mark on the nation's history. A scholar, economist, and statesman, Dr. Singh’s journey from a modest background to the highest echelons of governance is truly inspirational.

Academic Brilliance
Born on September 26, 1932, in Gah, Punjab (now in Pakistan), Dr. Singh pursued his early education with exceptional dedication. He earned his bachelor's and master's degrees in Economics from Punjab University, followed by a distinguished academic career that included a DPhil from Nuffield College, University of Oxford. His academic rigor and depth of knowledge laid the foundation for his future achievements.

The Architect of Economic Reforms
As the Finance Minister of India (1991–1996), Dr. Singh initiated transformative economic reforms that opened India's economy to the global market. Faced with a severe balance-of-payments crisis, he introduced policies that:

Liberalized trade and investment.
Reduced bureaucratic hurdles for industries.
Encouraged privatization and market-oriented growth.
His famous words, "No power on Earth can stop an idea whose time has come," during his 1991 budget speech, resonate as a hallmark of India’s economic resurgence.

Dr. Singh’s tenure as Prime Minister (2004–2014) was marked by landmark achievements:

Economic Growth: India experienced unprecedented GDP growth and emerged as a global economic powerhouse.
Social Welfare Schemes: He spearheaded initiatives like the Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Act (MGNREGA) and the Right to Information Act (RTI).
Nuclear Agreement: His leadership in signing the Indo-US Civil Nuclear Agreement showcased his commitment to India’s energy security and global standing.

हाल ही में दिल्ली के ओल्ड राजिंदर नगर में हुई दुखद घटना ने हम सभी को गहरे सदमे में डाल दिया है। तीन सिविल सेवा अभ्यर्थियों की आकस्मिक मौत ने इस बात पर ध्यान केंद्रित किया है कि तैयारी के दौरान सुरक्षा और मानसिक स्वास्थ्य कितने महत्वपूर्ण हैं। इस घटना ने हमें यह सोचने पर मजबूर किया है कि परीक्षा की तैयारी के दौरान हमारी सुरक्षा और मानसिक स्थिति का ध्यान रखना कितना जरूरी है।
आप सभी से अनुरोध है कि अपनी पढ़ाई के साथ-साथ अपने मानसिक और शारीरिक स्वास्थ्य का भी ध्यान रखें। अगर आप पर दबाव महसूस हो रहा है, तो दोस्तों, परिवार, या किसी सलाहकार से बात करें। यह समझना जरूरी है कि आपकी सुरक्षा और जीवन कीमती हैं, और किसी भी तरह का दबाव या चिंता आपकी सेहत से बढ़कर नहीं है।
