Oloth Vharc
she/her

Hi, I’m Oloth Vharc,

creator of dark fantasy metal inspired by Drow lore, Dungeons & Dragons, the Forgotten Realms and other shadowed worlds.

I write every lyric, concept, story, and arrangement myself. Each song begins with my own words, structure, atmosphere, and vision before Suno AI helps bring it to life in sound. The music is AI-assisted, but the writing, storytelling, and creative direction are entirely mine.

Expect gothic, symphonic, epic, and modern metal about Drow culture, dark gods, ancient houses, war, betrayal, ambition, and the beauty of the Underdark. Alongside lore-driven songs, Faeryl and Oloth Vharc bring their own voice, attitude, and dark humor to the world.

New tracks drop every Saturday, with extra releases whenever inspiration strikes or a request pulls me deeper into the dark.

Original songs. Dark lore. One world forged in steel, shadows, and spider silk.

Subscribe, enter the shadows, and join the descent.

Stay loud. Stay in the shadows.

πŸ•·οΈ NEW ALBUM ANNOUNCEMENT πŸ•·οΈ

The new Oloth Vharc album, β€œSilk, Shadow & Venom,” has officially been uploaded and is now making its way to the streaming platforms.

It will be available within the next few days on:

Spotify
YouTube Music
Amazon Music
TIDAL

This album dives deep into the world of the Drow: Menzoberranzan, assassins, dark minstrels, poison, noble intrigue, ancient rituals, powerful figures, and the wonderfully questionable everyday life of the Underdark.

From Gromph Baenre and Jarlaxle to the Bae’qeshel, the Ceremony of Graduation, Drow cuisine, religion, cities, venom and a certain stupid fireball in the sky...

Silk, Shadow & Venom is a collection of stories from beneath the surface, forged in metal.

Thank you to everyone who listens, comments, shares the songs and continues to support Oloth Vharc.

The darkness spreads soon.

SILK, SHADOW & VENOM
Coming to streaming platforms in the next few days.

πŸ–€πŸ’œπŸ€˜πŸ»πŸ•·οΈπŸ•ΈοΈ Meet the new Faces of Oloth Vharc πŸ•ΈοΈπŸ•·οΈπŸ€˜πŸ»πŸ’œπŸ–€

It is time to properly introduce the four recurring faces behind the Oloth Vharc band project.

From left to right:

πŸ•ΈοΈ Kelas - Drums πŸ•ΈοΈ
The controlled violence behind the drum kit. Kelas provides the thunder, the double-bass assaults and the subtle reminder that every dramatic Drow speech sounds better when accompanied by excessive percussion.

πŸ•ΈοΈ Briza - Bass πŸ•ΈοΈ
Cold, elegant and permanently unimpressed. Briza delivers the heavy foundation beneath the music while silently judging everyone who believes the bassist is merely standing in the background.

πŸ•ΈοΈ Faeryl - Lead Vocals and Lead Guitar πŸ•ΈοΈ
The voice, the blade and the very questionable source of most expeditions, threats and unsolicited lessons about Drow superiority. Faeryl leads from the front with smoky vocals, heavy riffs and enough sarcasm to make even the Spider Queen reconsider asking a follow-up question.

πŸ•ΈοΈ Ssarina - Keyboards πŸ•ΈοΈ
Responsible for the gothic atmosphere, ominous melodies and the kind of dramatic orchestration that suggests something ancient and terrible has awakened. Sometimes it has. Sometimes she simply pressed the wrong key. She will never admit which one it was.

These four will become the recurring faces of Oloth Vharc and will appear more often in upcoming releases.

So, what can you expect in the future?

More sarcasm. More dark humor. More familiar fantasy clichΓ©s dragged into the light and thoroughly mocked. Hero complexes, suicidal side quests, suspiciously incompetent adventuring parties, dramatic villains and all the other wonderfully predictable parts of fantasy storytelling are unlikely to escape unharmed, of course in Drow style.

At the same time, Oloth Vharc will continue to release serious Drow lore songs, just as before. Songs about Menzoberranzan, the Underdark, Drow history, religion, politics, infamous characters and the darker corners of the Forgotten Realms will remain an essential part of this channel.

From time to time, I also plan to create more elaborate videos with animated scenes, stronger storytelling and more detailed visual production.

However, this will not be possible for every song. These videos require considerably more time, planning and work, and some songs simply do not suit that type of presentation. There will therefore continue to be a mixture of ambitious music videos, atmospheric visualizers and classic lyric-style releases.

What do you think about the new band members and this direction for future videos?

Which member has already earned your loyalty, and which one looks most likely to sacrifice the rest of the band for political advancement?

I would be very interested to hear your opinions.

I’m curious about my community’s favorite Drow deities.
Are you loyal to Lolth, devoted to Eilistraee, or do you follow another power of the Dark Seldarine?

Hello everyone,

I hope you all had a great start to the new year.

I’ve made a small change to my plans for the coming year, and from now on I’ll be releasing one song per week instead of more frequent releases. There’s no need to be sad though. I’m still working hard on making music.

At the same time, I also want to dedicate some time to my other hobbies and creative projects.

I hope for your understanding and continued support. Thank you so much for being such an amazing community.
