I’m guessing I can call my recent Milarepa’s Cave show a success— the acoustic set went over well and definitely overshadowed the second, electric, set. Moving so much gear out of the studio for the show has made me rethink future “playing out” plans. I’m still going to utilize my electric guitar playing in the studio, but will be doing more mandolin based performances around Central Texas.

I lost my Golden Retriever last month to cancer. He was my friend, a real joy. Wasabi will always have a place in my heart. We are picking up a new pup soon and I know he will not replace Wasabi but I have plenty of room in my heart for another dog. Blessings 🙏🎵🙏
