The Strange Case of Dr. Rx (1942) had been sitting in copyright claim limbo for quite some time and was just released this afternoon, so here is the review at last! I think maybe I used too many clips this time, but I couldn't help myself since the film featured Shemp Howard and Mantan Moreland together on screen! You know, I just can't win with YouTube. One review is hung up in a copyright appeal, and my next review is just frozen and unable to process. It's just locked with a "Upload complete ... Processing will begin shortly" message and won't continue. It's been this message since yesterday, and if I try to upload again, it's the same situation! Any other creators having issues like this, or am I the only one? Sigh, I think I'll go and take a walk now...

Franchot Tone in Phantom Lady (1944) playing a very sinister and secretive murderer that no one except the viewer knows is the real killer. I thought he was excellent in this film and watch his hands and the eerie focus that director Robert Siodmak brings to them. Truly a menacing character,
