This channel is not only for young and athletic people; it is for everyone motivated enough to exercise on a regular basis for good health and youthful energy.
Towards achieving these goals, I have had fun developing and implementing my own exercise regime over the years. I am a 'young' mum of 48 with three adorable kids. I have always worked out on a regular basis, especially after my deliveries to get back in shape asap. I am a marathon runner, as well.

I would like to share my experience with you through these videos. Here, you will find several easy workouts comprising squats, ab exercises, etc. As you follow the workouts in my videos, I hope you will have as much fun as I have.
