Everyone kept telling me I needed to get a job. But what I really needed was to organize the vision I’d been given. To stop trying to squeeze my soul into someone else’s system and instead, build the one I came here to create. One Vivid World was never about clocking in — it’s about plugging in. To purpose. To mission. To soul-powered collaboration. Yes, it starts with a virtual assistant job board — a task-based system where VAs can connect with conscious creators and get real-world experience. But that’s just the first phase.
Phase two is so much bigger. We're building what I call the “Personals Section for Spiritual Projects.” A place where people don’t just look for gigs — they share their dreams. Their callings. Their wild ideas. “I’m building a healing center.” “I want to turn my story into a podcast.” “I need someone who believes in what I’m doing.” This isn’t just project matching — it’s soul alignment. A forum, a network, a portal for co-creation that doesn’t yet exist… because we haven’t built it yet.
Right now, I’m calling in volunteer-partners who want to help create something the world has never seen. I don’t want employees. I want soul fam. People who care about what they're building and why it matters. This isn’t forever-unpaid volunteer work — it’s seed planting. We’ll grow this with donations and mutual support, and when we start generating revenue, we’ll share it. Whether you stay long term or not, you’ll leave with experience, portfolio pieces, and community. You’ll be first in line when the paid positions open. And you’ll know you helped build the ark when no one else believed in rain.
