What an epic tiger safari to kick off the new season🤩🐅🌿🌳
Instead of taking the regular Bandhavgarh & Panna Safari, I decided to try the Hidden Gem- Sanjay Dubri Tiger Reserve, which is just 100 KM away from Bandhavgarh.
This trip was a non-stop adrenaline rush. We didn't just see one tiger; we had 6 SHANDAR SIGHTINGS and even a rare Sloth Bear encounter 🐻🌲🐅🔥
The lush forests of Sanjay Dubri have turned into a paradise post-monsoon. Every animal we saw looked stunning against the green background, whether it was Deer, Antelopes, or Langurs. 🌿📸
And that’s not all! Adding to the thrill, we had a once-in-a-lifetime experience when our Gypsy broke down near the river—a high-movement zone shared by the territories of three different tigers. 🛻🛠️⚠️🐅

In this new season, instead of visiting the usual crowded tiger reserves like Tadoba, Ranthambore, Bandhavgarh, Corbett, or Panna National Park, I headed to the hidden gem of MP "Sanjay Dubri Tiger Reserve" and had a thrilling safari experience 🤯🤯
Sanjay Dubri is a new tiger reserve, where tiger safari started in 2017. Located just 100km from Bandhavgarh, this reserve is home to 300+ bird species, 30+ reptile species, and 50+ tigers.
It offers a crowd-free safari experience (with only ~17 vehicles allowed), making it a paradise for wildlife photographers & nature lovers. 📸🧘♂️

Imagine being STUCK in the middle of tiger territory with a broken gypsy 😱🐅
We went to the hidden gem of Madhya Pradesh—Sanjay Dubri Tiger Reserve—expecting a peaceful safari, but the jungle had other plans. Between a jeep breakdown and sighting of 6 tigers and a sloth bear, this was my most thrilling safari yet!

Gir National Park = Asiatic Lions 🦁 + ??? 🤔
When you hear Gir, what's the first thing that comes to mind?
For most of us, it’s the majestic Asiatic lions. 🦁👑 And rightfully so—it's the only place in India where you can find these magnificent predators.
This makes Gir National Park a top destination for wildlife tourism in India and a must-visit for any lion safari enthusiast.
But Gir is more than just a kingdom for lions!
This incredible Gujarat wildlife sanctuary holds another secret that's not widely known. Apart from the lions, Gir is also home to the largest population of freshwater crocodiles in India. 🐊🐊
On a recent Gir safari tour, I was amazed to spot 14 crocodiles, my personal best on any jungle trip.
This thriving population is a direct result of the Crocodile Conservation Project. The breeding program, which began in Gir in 1977, was created to save the declining Mugger (Marsh) Crocodile population.
The hard work has paid off, turning Gir into a vital breeding ground for these reptiles.

But I got some seriously cool opportunities to shoot these elusive cats in Panna and Jhalana!
The good news is that India has got its first leopard reserve-Jhalana in Jaipur, Rajasthan, where leopards are the king. Jhalana is a perfect location to witness these beautiful cats in the jungle.

Ranthambore or Sariska? 🤔
Both are incredible, but for me, Sariska wins every time! 💖
I've explored both Ranthambore and Sariska, and while Ranthambore is famous, the peace and quiet I find in Sariska? It's unmatched! 😌
Sariska Tiger Reserve is Rajasthan's hidden gem! 💎🐅
Most people think of Ranthambore when they think of tigers in Rajasthan. But trust me, Sariska is just as amazing for wildlife and tiger sightings! 🤩
This was my second trip, and it was even better than the first! I had some incredible wildlife moments and discovered so much more about this less-explored reserve.
Sariska offers fantastic tiger sightings, even with fewer tigers in the tourism zone.
Plus, beyond the amazing wildlife, Sariska also has fascinating historical sites like the Alwar Palace and the Kankawari Fort. 🏰
