I always wondered if there were Latinos talking genealogy or family history on youtube. I love the family history channels that are online but sadly only one third of their content is for us. Here we have a place to learn about making your family tree, learn where to find information about your community, documenting your aging family members, documenting your family's stories, and learning to break the silence around challenging topics. This is Cuéntame, where we are silent no more. We share, we cry, we laugh, we sing. We are Latinos and we are in this together.

The journey to discovering our neurodivergence has been really eye opening, especially while on a therapy journey. For me it was one of denial, for about a year after seeing those autism videos. Then when I fell into the ADHD rabbit hole there was no turning back. I had to accept this truth. I had to admit defeat in a way. ADHD can be or maybe is the most destructive disorder not only for the person who has it but everyone around them, even strangers on the road. Unmedicated and unmanaged it can devastate a person, their family, their life. Look up any hoarder cleanup channel and there will be an ADHDers house featured.
