MARCH 2018 PRISON CALLS ARE OFFICIALLY DONE.

After listening to the March calls in order, we got an even clearer look at what was happening behind the scenes with Gypsy Rose, her family, Ken, the media, money and the people surrounding her.

We heard Kristy and Gypsy discussing publicity and media attention, including the idea that even negative publicity could still be beneficial. Interestingly, Gypsy sometimes seemed to have a different attitude toward the media when talking privately with Ken.

We watched the entire Ken visitation saga unfold. After his six-month suspension, he was finally approved, Gypsy changed his status to her “significant other,” and by the end of March they were finally sitting across from each other again.

The guards remembered Ken, too. One reportedly told him:

“I know who you are.”

Gypsy and Ken also became increasingly serious, discussing marriage, a possible prison proposal, her ring size and Ken moving closer to her. Gypsy eventually told him:

“You are the one that I want forever.”

Something else that stood out: Gypsy spoke to her dad, Rod, only ONCE in the March calls we've gone through. And even during that call, Rod seemed to rush off the phone fairly quickly, eventually handing the phone over to Kristy. That's especially noticeable compared with how frequently Gypsy was communicating with Kristy and Ken.

We also heard Gypsy admit that some of Kristy's conversations with Ken made her uncomfortable, particularly the sexual topics and comments about Ken being attractive.

Then there was money. Supporter Angel told Gypsy she'd sent her $20, and days later Gypsy asked Bryan Golden for $15, saying she was completely broke, needed hygiene products, owed money for a cigarette, Ken had lost his job and her dad wasn't putting money on her account like he used to.

March gave us relationships, money, supporters becoming visitors, publicity discussions, family dynamics and finally the long-awaited Ken reunion.

All of February 2018 calls are now out.

WHAT WE LEARNED FROM GYPSY’S FEBRUARY 2018 PRISON CALLS 👀

After going through the February 2018 calls, there are a LOT of little details that become much more interesting when you put them together chronologically.

FEB. 6 — Gypsy & An Ex
Gypsy reconnects with Jeff after they hadn't spoken for about a month. They tell each other they miss and love one another, while Gypsy is already seriously involved with Ken.

FEB. 7 — Gypsy & Ken
Their relationship is becoming increasingly serious, with intimate conversations and discussions about their relationship and future.

FEB. 8 — Gypsy & Kristy
We get more insight into what Kristy knows about Gypsy's relationships and what's happening in her life while incarcerated.

FEB. 8 — Gypsy & Ken
One of their more sexually explicit conversations. It shows how intimate their relationship had become well before all the later marriage and family planning.

FEB. 13 — Gypsy & Kristy, 3 calls
A LOT of family and online drama. We also get the memorable dog story and more insight into how involved Kristy already was with the people following Gypsy's case.

FEB. 13 — Gypsy & Bryan Golden
One of the most important timeline calls. Gypsy discusses Robert and Ken, helping establish that there was overlap as her relationship with Robert ended and the relationship with Ken began.

FEB. 14–15 — Gypsy & Ken
Marriage, sex, pregnancy and their future are already regular topics. These aren't just occasional jokes; they're actively imagining a future together.

FEB. 16 — Gypsy & Kristy
Gypsy gives Kristy Mia's phone number during the call, along with family discussions and updates.

FEB. 19 — Gypsy & Mia
We hear Gypsy interacting directly with her half-sister and get a better look at the relationship they were beginning to build.

FEB. 20 — Gypsy & Kristy
Gypsy tells Kristy that Mia would like to visit during spring break if she can get away from prom responsibilities.

FEB. 20 — Gypsy & Ken
This one is BIG. They discuss marriage, children and their future, and Gypsy directly asks Ken:

“Will you be my husband?”

Ken says yes, but also makes clear he wants a real wedding, not a prison wedding.

Gypsy also discusses her childhood feeding and says she was roughly 50/50 eating normally versus being tube-fed.

FEB. 21 — Gypsy & Kristy
We learn the bizarre family connection involving Bobby: according to their conversation, Bobby is related to Gypsy through BOTH Rod's and Dee Dee's sides of the family.

FEB. 22 — Gypsy & Dawn
Dawn tells Gypsy she is Andrea Yates' cousin. They also discuss Nicholas Godejohn's upcoming case, and Gypsy talks about potentially pleading the Fifth if called to testify against Nick.

FEB. 22 — Gypsy & Kristy
Kristy confirms something people had apparently been asking repeatedly:

Dee Dee's ashes were NOT flushed down the toilet.

They also discuss the growing Facebook groups, media attention and online drama surrounding Gypsy years before her release.

FEB. 23 — Gypsy & Kristy
Gypsy talks about wanting children “ASAP” and discusses possible fertility concerns, Ken and what she imagines her life looking like after prison.

FEB. 23 — Gypsy & Ken
More serious marriage discussions. Ken again makes it clear he doesn't want a prison wedding and wants to wait until they can have a real one.

FEB. 24 — Gypsy & Ken
Ken is preparing to move closer to Gypsy, potentially around an hour away. They're discussing frequent visits, their six-month anniversary and their future. Gypsy also reads Ken a poem she wrote for him.

FEB. 26 — Gypsy & Kristy
They discuss Gypsy potentially returning to the honor dorm and reveal that one of the previous violations on her record was for kissing Ken.

They also discuss Ali, Nicholas Godejohn's friend, and questions surrounding what Ali allegedly knew.

And on the lighter side, Gypsy and Kristy plot an elaborate prank to convince Ken that Gypsy secretly got an infected jailhouse tattoo.

FEB. 28 — Gypsy & Kristy
Gypsy realizes that a woman whose federal ISIS-related case Kristy is reading about was her former jail roommate. Gypsy then claims:

“She’s trying to recruit me to ISIS.”

FEB. 28 — Gypsy & Ken
This may be one of the most revealing calls of the entire month.

Gypsy tells Ken she's sending him portions of her discovery, including her interrogation transcript and material involving Nick.

They discuss what happens if Louisiana doesn't approve Gypsy's eventual home plan. Gypsy asks whether she could move in with Ken instead.

Gypsy also says she took Tegretol for seizures as a child and discusses her poor balance.

By the end of February 2018, we have Gypsy:

planning marriage and children with Ken, discussing living with him after prison, sharing case discovery with him before Nick's trial, talking about her medical history and wheelchair use, navigating overlapping past relationships, preparing for parole years in advance, and working with Kristy while an entire media/social-media ecosystem was already developing around her story.

And she still had years left in prison.

February alone filled in a LOT of this timeline.

📞 JANUARY 2018 IS OFFICIALLY DONE!

I’ve made it through ALL of the January 2018 prison calls! They’ll be uploaded over the next few days while I start working through February.

I’m not gonna lie, this is tiring work. 😂 Gypsy talks A LOT, and not every call is juicy. But if I don’t listen to every call, the smaller details and contradictions get missed.

I’ve decided to go in chronological order because I think we learn more about Gypsy, her mentality, and her relationships by hearing the full progression instead of only pulling calls with great sound bites. No shade to anyone doing it differently, this is just why I chose this method.

A few things January taught me:

📌 Gypsy was VERY aware of the media coverage and how her story was being presented.

📌 Nicholas Godejohn and what he was saying publicly came up repeatedly.

📌 Ken was a major part of her everyday life and future plans, but he definitely wasn't the only man she was talking to.

📌 Kristy was heavily involved in what was happening outside prison and regularly relayed information to Gypsy.

📌 Small contradictions and changing versions of stories become much easier to notice when the calls are heard in order.

📌 Most importantly, sometimes the individual call isn't the story. The PATTERN is.

Friday afternoon I received the calls from 2018 and I had been sorting through them in order. I have made it almost all the way through January. I will be uploading the audios in order as it is in interesting to listen as things evolve rather than random clips out of order.
So far I have learned what most of us suspected- Gypsy tells different people different things. Kristy talks mad trash about her biological kids. And Gypsy was lying to Ken about things.
Oh and Gypsy HATED the 20/20 interview because they gave Nicholas Godejohn a voice.
I will begin uploading several videos over the next few hours.

Since the people who originally obtained the prison phone calls are considering not releasing any more because of the scrutiny surrounding them, I decided to submit my own request.

As of 7:00 p.m. tonight, I officially have every prison phone call in my possession.

Everyone is speculating that Ken and Gypsy may have split after Gypsy temporarily made her Instagram private, only to return with a "blonde for the summer" post showing off her freshly highlighted hair. Then, during a recent live, Ken said he was boarding their dog, adding that he always boards the dog when he travels out of town for work.
Personally, I think they're trying to throw people off. They mentioned a while back that they were planning to go on vacation, so my theory is that the dog is being boarded because they're leaving for that trip, not because they've broken up.
I also have a feeling Gypsy is expecting a proposal.
