❓HOW TO VOTE FOR SB19:

STEP 1: Go to this link: www.billboard.com/music/music-news/fan-army-face-o…

STEP 2: The main voting platform or interface will appear after you scroll down to the middle of the page. Scroll down to the area under this line:

"Check out the 2023 Fan Army Face-Off below – and get voting to make sure your favorite artist wins."

Wait for it to load (around more than a minute). If nothing happens and no voting brackets appear, try refreshing the webpage repeatedly. After it appears, find and click the button VOTE NOW!

STEP 3: Log in your name and your e-mail information, and tick the box corresponding the line "I agree to the terms use and privacy policy." After ticking, search and click the START VOTING button. A pop-out will appear showing the contending pairs, with the Pair Number shown (Pair 1/4 starts to be shown). All in all, there are 4 contending pairs for the QuarterFinals.


STEP 4: Go to Pair No. 3 by clicking/navigating the right arrow/bracket. Watch out closely for 3/4, you might skip it!


STEP 5. At 3/4, swipe down or scroll down under EXO's picture and you will find SB19's slot underneath. Click the VOTE button in SB19's picture. (Note: This is not the end of the process)


STEP 6: After pressing VOTE at SB19's picture, navigate through the right arrow/bracket until the end of the line of contenders (4/4)

STEP 7: A "Thank You For Your Submission! Your votes are being calculated and will be displayed in about 5 Minutes" prompt will appear as a confirmation of your vote submission.

STEP 8: You will be given ten (10) tries to vote. Repeat the process from STEP 4 onwards.

STEP 9: After voting 10 times, all pop-outs will disappear and will return to the main interface. A notification will appear at the top of the table saying, "Thank you! Your votes have been submitted."

STEP 10: You will see the percentage difference of all paired contenders after your votes are successfully submitted

10 tries is initially allotted for each e-mail address. The following votes may vary from 5, to 3, to none at all. Gather as much e-mail addresses as you can from your family and friends. If you have various e-mail addresses, do not vote in the same WIFI connection. If you are in data, vote in separates areas and places.
