Most of us need more heat, and don't realize it's the key to basically *everything* female health!

In Traditional Chinese medicine, anywhere in the body that show signs of coldness will usually have pain or stagnation. For me it's in the uterus area, which explains what has affected my PCOS, very irregular periods and blood clots during menstruation. On top of that, feeling super tired and sluggish with pms symptoms. I thought that was "normal" and it's just something girls just have to live with–until I realized it wasn't 🫠

Since I started my health journey with TCM, I started doing something called moxa or moxibustion to help with this. I share all about how it works, plus some home tips and daily practices to try. They've worked wonders for me and I can't wait for you guys to learn all about it!! 👀
