These are my 3 asian desserts to help you get through summer bloating, skin inflammation, fatigue and "dampness." 🤭
When the weather gets hot, our bodies are the most prone to heat, not just temperature-wise but internal "heat." In TCM, this can show up differently for each person, but often triggers skin issues (e.g. acne, rosacea), heat rashes, feeling sluggish, headaches & migraines, bloated and digestion issues–not fun. Not cute.
With these simple cooling ingredients mixed in, it can help our bodies rebalance and clear dampness in our bodies, so we feel light and energetic again!
