I struggled with everything–irregular periods, cramps, acne & dehydrated skin, fatigue... you name it! 🫠 I never knew this could all be soothed with one soup–herbal chicken soup 🍲 After my TCM doctor learned about all my symptoms, the first thing she asked me to start making was chicken soup (& to start eating breakfasts again 😂).

She said chicken soup is the perfect constitution to HEAL a female body, which tends to run more "yin" or "cool". We're constantly expending energy, we're losing blood every month, and all of this needs to be supported with warming foods.
