Pakistani youth is bewildered and in a deeply perplexing world. They are looking for ideals when they can look up to for satisfying their intellectual and emotional needs. Instead of getting inspiration from heroes of our own rich civilization and treasured heritage, we as a nation have started hero-worship of every popular figure that props up from the outside world. As a result, towering figures like Quaid-e-Azam and Allama Iqbal are no longer in the minds of our youth as a source of inspiration.
At Youth Empowerment Society (YES), we aim to reconnect youth with their historical tradition and infuse the spirit of Khudi in them, to establish a Space for dialogue, open discussions, peace, and creative thinking so that they can be empowered to build/make a prosperous and progressive Pakistan. We serve not only as a platform for open and passionate discussions on challenges faced by our nation, but we also brainstorm and incubate innovative ideas.

Reflecting on another powerful session in Class 05, where we unpacked the fundamental questions.
We kept the momentum strong in our Online & Physical Transformation Course this week. Taking our journey a step further, this fifth session focused on the core driver of human behavior: The Worldview.
Together, we analyzed the Scheme of Modern Life and equipped participants with a practical framework for the Transformational Hierarchy of Change. By digging into the fundamental questions of existence, we shifted from theory directly into the "Control Centre" of daily application.
Facilitating these deep shifts in perspective remains a privilege. Seeing our participants actively engage with their Purpose of Existence continues to inspire us.
