*"کیا میں واقعی وہی زندگی جی رہا ہوں جس کے لیے میں بنا ہوں؟"*
یہ سوال اس کلاس کے بعد میرے ذہن میں بار بار گونجتا رہا۔ پہلے میں زندگی کو ایک سیدھی لائن سمجھتا تھا—پڑھائی کرو، آگے بڑھو، کامیاب ہو جاؤ۔ مگر اس کلاس نے مجھے دکھایا کہ زندگی ایک لائن نہیں، بلکہ مختلف کرداروں (Roles) کا ایک جال ہے، جس میں ہر دھاگہ اہم ہے۔اس کلاس میں جو چیز میرے دل و دماغ کو سب سے زیادہ چھو گئی، وہ "Roles & Identity" کا تصور تھا۔
*میں نے پہلی بار اپنے آپ کو صرف "ایک طالبعلم" نہیں بلکہ ایک مکمل انسان کے طور پر دیکھا—ایک بیٹا، ایک بھائی، ایک دوست، ایک شاعر، اور سب سے بڑھ کر ایک مسلمان۔ یہ احساس بھی نیا تھا کہ ہر کردار کی ایک Minimum Level of Performance (MLPS) ہوتی ہے، جس سے نیچے جانا دراصل اپنے مقصد سے دور جانا ہے۔اور پھر "Vision"—یہ صرف خواب نہیں بلکہ ایک ایسا واضح نقشہ ہے جس میں ہر کردار اپنی جگہ پر فٹ بیٹھتا ہے۔*

یہ وہ حصہ تھا جہاں میرے اندر ایک عجیب سی کشمکش شروع ہوئی۔میں نے خود سے سوال کیا:
"کیا میں واقعی اپنے ہر کردار کے ساتھ انصاف کر رہا ہوں؟"
سچ یہ ہے کہ نہیں۔میں نے کچھ کرداروں کو حد سے زیادہ اہمیت دی (جیسے طالبعلم ہونا)، جبکہ کچھ کو مکمل نظرانداز کیا (جیسے ایک اچھا بیٹا یا ایک اچھا دوست ہونا)۔یہ کلاس میرے لیے ایک Analytical Mirror بن گئ۔
*مجھے یہ بھی سمجھ آیا کہ:*
*》 کامیابی صرف ایک شعبے میں بہترین ہونے کا نام نہیں بلکہ زندگی کے تمام کرداروں میں ایک بیلنس پیدا کرنے کا نام ہے*

اور سب سے گہرا نکتہ یہ تھا:
*"Vision without Islamic Ideology is directionless."*
》 *یعنی اگر میرا ویژن اسلامی بنیادوں پر نہیں ہے، تو چاہے میں جتنا بھی کامیاب ہو جاؤں، وہ کامیابی کھوکھلی ہوگی۔یہ وہ لمحہ تھا جہاں میری سوچ بدلی—"میں صرف کامیاب انسان نہیں بننا چاہتا، بلکہ ایک بامقصد مسلمان بننا چاہتا ہوں۔"*

💫 میں نے اپنے لیے چند عملی فیصلے کیے ہیں:
1. Roles Mapping (کرداروں کی فہرست)
میں نے اپنے تمام کردار لکھے ہیں اور ہر ایک کے لیے MLPS ڈیفائن کی ہے۔
2. Daily Alignment
ہر دن خود سے ایک سوال پوچھوں گا:
"کیا آج میں نے اپنے ہر کردار کے ساتھ انصاف کیا؟"
3. Vision with Purpose
میرا ویژن اب صرف دنیاوی کامیابی نہیں ہوگا،
بلکہ ایک ایسا راستہ ہوگا جو مجھے اللہ کے قریب لے جائے۔
4. Balance over Extremes
میں اب کسی ایک چیز میں انتہا نہیں کروں گا، بلکہ بیلنس پیدا کرنے کی کوشش کروں گا۔

*اگر میں اپنے ماضی کے خود کو ایک خط لکھوں تو شاید یوں کہوں:*
*"تم ہمیشہ سوچتے تھے کہ کامیابی صرف پڑھائی میں ہے،مگر اب مجھے سمجھ آیا ہے کہ کامیابی ایک کردار نہیں،بلکہ کرداروں کا توازن ہے۔اپنے ہر رول کو عزت دو، کیونکہ یہی تمہاری اصل پہچان ہیں۔"*

المختصر
*"میں ایک کردار نہیں، ایک ذمہ داریوں کا مجموعہ ہوں—اور میرا ویژن تبھی مکمل ہوگا جب ہر کردار زندہ ہوگا۔"*

This week’s session felt like a real starting point for me. Concepts like framework, vision made me realize how unstructured my thinking about life has been.

I never seriously questioned to myself what my *framework* is Now I understand that it is not something abstract, it is the set of beliefs and rules that quietly drive my decisions The issue I discovered is that my framework is not clearly defined It feels borrowed shaped by people, environment, and circumstances rather than something I have consciously built If the foundation itself is unclear, then it makes sense why my decisions sometimes feel inconsistent or uncertain.

When I reflected on *vision*, it became even more uncomfortable I used to think I had some idea of what I want but now I see that my vision is vague. I lack clarity about where I am heading and more importantly, why I am doing what I am doing. Because of this many of my actions feel reactive rather than intentional. It made me realize that without a clear vision, I am not really leading my life I am just responding to it.

Another gap I identified is *misalignment* Ideally, the things closest to my vision should hold the most importance But in reality, my priorities don’t reflect that. I often invest time and energy in things that are not connected to any clear direction. This shows that either my vision is not defined properly or I am not disciplined enough to act according to it.

A strong vision should be clear, specific, realistic, and meaningful beyond personal benefit However my current vision lacks clarity, it is not concrete, and I haven’t deeply considered its broader impact This realization felt like a wake-up call.

Vision is supposed to provide direction, help in difficult situations, and act as a filter for choices and opportunities. But when I look at myself, I notice that in moments of difficulty, I lose direction easily. This indicates i am not yet anchored to a strong vision. it becomes easy to get distracted or even follow the wrong path.

The most striking realization for me is this:
*if I don’t define my own vision, I will naturally become part of someone else’s vision*
And when I reflect honestly, I can see that this is already happening in subtle ways.

At this stage, I don’t have complete clarity and that is something I am now willing to accept. But what has changed is my awareness. I can now clearly see the major gaps an undefined framework, a weak and unclear vision, and a lack of alignment between my actions and direction.

Maybe I don’t have all the answers yet, but I have started asking the right questions. And perhaps that is the first real step toward developing a clear lens, building life clarity, and eventually moving toward a more purposeful and self-directed life.

When my values, actions, and goals don’t line up, it creates inner noise that leads to anxiety and even depression. Clarity isn’t about having all answers; it’s about removing contradiction. I realized that most of my “overthinking” is actually unresolved conflict between what I say I believe and how I actually live. The cure is alignment, not more information.

*2. Purposeful Life*
A meaningful life isn’t built on chasing success metrics the world gives me. It’s built on alignment between my identity, skills, and Deen. Success without purpose feels empty, but even small acts feel heavy with meaning when they connect to a bigger mission. The shift for me is from “doing good” to “creating impact” using my field, time, and energy so they serve something beyond myself. That’s where success and life actually meet.

*3. Purpose of Islam*
The purpose of Islam is _Al-Falah_ ultimate, lasting peace. Not the temporary relief the world sells, but a deep settlement of the heart that comes from being right with Allah. This peace isn’t found in rituals alone, but in living Islam as a complete system. When my life reflects justice, balance, and submission, the result is inner calm no external chaos can shake. I was chasing peace; Islam shows me it’s a consequence of alignment.

*4. Basics of Islam*
The basics aren’t just theology they’re tools for living. The Quran is human centric guidance meant for my daily conduct, and the Seerah is the lived example of how to apply it. I’ve been treating them as sources of blessing without using them as sources of direction. The foundation is simple: understand the Quran, follow the Prophet ﷺ, and let both reshape how I think, decide, and act. Without this base, everything else I build stays shaky.

These 4 classes tie into one truth: clarity + purpose + Deen = a life that makes sense. Imbalance breaks me, alignment heals me, and Islam is the framework that makes alignment possible. My job now is to stop learning for knowledge and start living for impact.
