Tata's personality proves it!
Most of the Indians at the mind level accept TATA = Trust.
However, logically speaking, TATA is not among India's top 10 most trustworthy brands, except for Titan, which placed fourth in 2024.
Is it true? Yes!
But why does everyone think TATA = TRUST?
To understand this, you need to understand what is a brand.
A brand is not what it sells (product),
a brand is not its logo or name,
a brand is not its promise or tagline.
A brand is a (gut) feeling when you see it.
We trust Ratan Tata more than his products or brands, so we feel that TATA is trustworthy!
