I've did some research on Singular Point novel and this is crazy, in the novel it says that "It" is "possible" creator of every Toho Godzilla (which isn't probably true).
"All kaiju, across timelines and realities, are manifestations of the same extradimensional catastrophe "It"."
"It" bleeds through cracks in reality (via Archetype / Red Dust). Each time this happens, a different version of Godzilla manifests depending on the "world" it enters. That's why every era has a Godzilla, they're not separate beings, but echoes of the same cosmic source.
"It" basically exists outside all space-time and dimensions (exists outside dimensional frameworks), sees realities like dreams or movies, reshaping universes and projects his avatars. He's able to enter universes, reshape them (obviously) via Red Dust (Archetype).
So here's scary part (with Toho gojis and without):
-no matter which version of Godzilla you fight you're ultimately fighting the same extradimensional entity, just filtered through reality. -kill showa, heisei,etc.(If they're avatars of "It", I already mentioned probably not)?-"It" still exists -erase every Godzilla across continues?-"It" still persist outside the tree, and could manifest again.
So about "outside the tree" "It" with Red Dust literally creates huge branches that enter or absorb different universes. Godzilla is branch of a cosmic tree with endless other branches.
AND even if other Gojis aren't avatars of "It" it doesn't really change his scale, it just means he can create any kind of Godzilla, weak or overpowered to counter something. He literally exists beyond dimension sitting there and just customizing different characters.
