Lets get personal...


4 years 8 months today free from alcohol! This year has been a doozy. Every month i feel like drinking 1 or 2 times.
Thankfully tho, i havnt given in nor does the feeling to backslide last long. But the temptation is still there. Just gotta keep pushin and literally do whatever it takes to keep this alcohol free mind. But FCKNaaAaa.

Heres a few things ive learned that might help you or someone...

gotta remember my personal tennants-

Where there is not a way to be felt or seen, make one

My feelings will not be the only thing influencing the paths i choose

Whatever works, do that. Continue it. Until it doesnt work. Then find another thing that DOES help on my personal path and DO that

Above all, do what EVER works to stay away from alcohol.

Life is a bitch for almost all people on the planet right now. I remember a quote that was said in Nazi Germany that goes something like 'i beleive in the sun, even when it does not shine..' good still exists even when we dont see it in other words. So remember this. The shadow proves the sunshine.
Be hopeful my fans and friends. The only permanent thing is change. Tough times wont last forever..
