After reviewing the Houston Association of Realtors (HAR) Monthly MLS Housing Market Updates from January through July, one thing stands out to me...
The Houston housing market feels more balanced.
Buyers have more choices, builders are offering attractive financing programs and incentives, and well-priced homes are still selling.
From where I sit in the new home industry, that's a healthy market.
I'd rather help buyers navigate a balanced market than one driven by bidding wars or uncertainty.
