We spoke about my training as an artist, mentors who have influenced my work, the importance of learning from mistakes, the impact of travel on our artistic perspectives, AI art, and our shared passion for craftsmanship.
Jeremy is not only a kindred spirit, but I discovered that he was also one of my early influences as a teacher. Our shared love of learning and fascination with light made for a deep conversation that left me feeling energized and inspired.
A bit more about Jeremy: he has over 25 years of experience in film and game production. He has worked for Pixar Animation Studios, Disney, Ubisoft, and Sony as well as being a freelance artist for many notable clients. Jeremy recently started a new company where he mentors artists to succeed in their careers. You can find out more on his YouTube channel.
I feel like we are super aligned both personally and as teachers, and Iām looking forward to future collaborations.
