After posting the video about cold email earlier this week, I just wanted to provide an update of putting it to the test myself.
I sent 70 emails yesterday out of which I received 2 replies. Just under 3% response rate. Yes this response rate could be a little better, which we will tweak overtime. However I was able to schedule a meeting from it and now have plenty of people to follow up with while I am in the area of the appointment.
We do not rely on email alone. Again it is just a tool to a bigger prospecting plan.
