Last year, I also had the opportunity to plan a group cruise for a friend's 50th birthday, and seeing everyone come together to celebrate and make memories made me realize just how special birthday cruises can be.

This year, I'll be back at sea again celebrating my birthday aboard Wonder of the Seas. 🎉

But I'm already thinking about next year...

In September 2027, I'm planning my birthday cruise aboard Hero of the Seas, Royal Caribbean's newest Icon Class ship, and I'd love to open the invitation to YOU! 🚢✨

Between the sun, salty ocean air, excursions, walking around the ship, and maybe a few vacation cocktails, it’s easy to forget to drink enough water while cruising.

A few simple ways to stay hydrated:
💧 Carry a reusable water bottle
💧 Drink water throughout the day—not just when you feel thirsty
💧 Have a glass of water between alcoholic beverages
💧 Bring water with you when heading off the ship for the day
💧 Pay extra attention to hydration when you're spending time in the sun or being active

And remember, feeling tired or having a headache while traveling isn't always from a busy day—it can sometimes be a sign that you simply need more fluids.

Your goal is to enjoy the cruise, not spend it looking for the nearest place to sit down! 😎🌴
